Dat is een stijging van 15% ten opzichte van vorig jaar. Meer dan 80% van de vragen ontvingen we per e-mail.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Gemiddeld losten we een klantvraag binnen 8 uur op. Dat betekent dat we binnen \u00e9\u00e9n werkdag ook jouw vraag kunnen beantwoorden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Daarnaast hebben we maar liefst 70% van de klantsuggesties doorgevoerd in Legal Intelligence.
